Day 1

Meeting at 9:00 am at the enchanting Auberge de La Maison in Courmayeur for check-in and a delightful breakfast featuring local and typical products. Throughout this magical day, we will have the honor of being surrounded by the grandeur of Mont Blanc, guided by certified experts in group activities and the gentle leadership of our yoga master.

In the morning, we will participate in a 2-hour yoga session, followed by a break for a lunch snack. The products we will taste are always typical of the area and, of course, easily digestible. Right after our break, we will dedicate ourselves to exploring the woods, accompanied by an alpine guide from our team who will impart knowledge about the flora and fauna of the mountain environment. In the latter part of the afternoon, we will resume yoga activities for another 2 hours approximately. After the activities, you will have the opportunity to indulge in additional relaxation at the exclusive spa of Auberge de La Maison. The wellness center offers a serene and luxurious retreat where you can rejuvenate your mind and body.

Dinner will be at Auberge de La Maison, and after dinner, we will engage in discussions about the day's activities.

Day 2

The second day will commence with a wake-up call at 8:00 AM. After a wholesome breakfast featuring fruits and local products, we will immerse ourselves in nature to listen to the sounds of the forest. Following a rejuvenating walk, we will initiate a 2-hour yoga session. After a lunch break in the afternoon, we will dedicate our time to a trekking experience guided by an alpine expert from our team. Upon returning to the hotel and enjoying a well-deserved rest, we will have dinner with the ever-delicious local products, followed by a debriefing session to analyze the day's activities.

Day 3

The last day will begin with breakfast, followed by a highly intense yoga session. Afterwards, we will continue with a packed lunch, immersed in the enchantment of Val Ferret, admiring the towering rock walls that have marked the history of mountaineering. Following a short afternoon break to relax, we will conduct a debriefing session to analyze the three days spent together and identify areas for improvement before bidding farewell and returning home.
